FAQ
Mission and pledge
Q: What is War 'N' Tees?
A: War 'N' Tees is a Vet-owned, Vet-funded, Vet-focused American brand founded by Sgt. Darrius Varnell Dickerson, U.S. Army (Ret.), an Infantryman and Iraq War Veteran. We offer authentic gear, stories, books, and digital tools rooted in lived service.
Q: How does the 21% pledge work?
A: No less than 21% of gross sales from digital products, program tiers, and Substack subscriptions, and no less than 21% of net profits from other qualifying offerings (including apparel, accessories, books, and similar), supports Veteran-focused nonprofits fighting homelessness and hopelessness. Short form: NLT 21% backs Vet nonprofits. We do not claim that any single purchase is tax-deductible unless an official page says so.
Q: Which nonprofits receive the pledge?
A: Recipients are referred to as the Magnificent 7, including Warfighter Advance, F3 Nation, Team RWB, Flanders Fields, Project Diehard, Project Refit, and Operation Homefront. We only state names or totals confirmed on official War 'N' Tees pages.
